Fixed supply of one billion tokens, sold on a curve with no initial liquidity until 2.5 ETH is raised — then it graduates automatically to a Uniswap v4 pool with permanently locked liquidity.

Sells are never charged it and the normal 1% fee does not change. It is not protocol revenue: 100% goes to the token creator. It does not apply when the creator buys their own token (that fee goes to the treasury instead).
